Yummy Roasted Peppers!

Roasted peppers. Drizzle olive oil over peppers and sprinkle with sea salt or whatever salt you prefer. Rub the peppers until completely covered in the oil. Take your whole head of garlic and cut off the top drizzle with olive oil. Keep peppers whole no need to remove the stems. Place on a baking sheet with or without parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 1 hr 10 minutes. Let cool when done. Remove the stem and skin from the peppers. You can cut them up or just with your hands pull apart to the size you want. Take the garlic and remove the cloves and squeeze the clove over the pepper and mix together. You can add more salt if you like. I add fresh parsley black pepper and about a tsp of balsamic glaze. Mix together and place in a mason jar. This will last for a week in your fridge.
