  • Cut off the end of your celery when you buy it. Wrap in foil, it will stay fresh and crisp for over a week.

    (Note: make sure you fridge is working correctly and not freezing your food)

  • Always store fresh herbs in water in the fridge snip off some of the ends every other day. They will last for at least 2 weeks.

  • You can put your marinade in with your meat and freeze it. So when you unthaw it it’s already seasoned and ready to cook!
